The Phoenix Rising Sisterhood is a safe, heart-centered, nurturing community for women ready to rise — to heal, reconnect, and rediscover their strength after seasons of struggle.
Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, or simply that feeling of being “stuck” and unsure of your next step, you are welcome here.
Each gathering blends reflection, education, and heart-centered support to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and purpose. Together, we explore tools for emotional healing, self-awareness, nervous system support, spiritual growth, and empowerment through guided reflection, gentle somatic practices, and open-hearted discussion.
