Re-Wilding for Women:
A Guided Return to What’s True

Re-Wilding is a co-facilitated journey that blends structured coaching and spiritually grounded guidance to support deep, sustainable transformation. This work creates space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, reclaim your sense of self, and move forward in alignment with who you truly are.

What Re-Wilding Offers

Re-Wilding is an ongoing subscription designed to support women who are seeking steadiness, embodiment, and a return to their natural rhythms.

Rather than focusing on outcomes or productivity, this offering centers nervous system awareness, capacity, and sustainable growth — allowing you to engage in ways that feel supportive rather than demanding.

This is a space for consistency without pressure.

How Re-Wilding Supports You

Support here is rhythmic, optional, and designed to meet you where you are.

Guided Support & Shared Presence

Re-Wilding is held within a supportive container that offers both individual guidance and shared space. You’re met with care, reflection, and attuned presence as you move through change — never pushed, rushed, or expected to do it alone.

Living in the Body

This work invites you to reconnect with your body as a source of information and trust. Rather than pushing through change, you’re supported in listening inward, responding with care, and allowing growth to emerge in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

Held With Intention

Re-Wilding is grounded in care, respect, and deep listening. This work is guided by shared values of safety, consent, curiosity, and compassion — honoring your autonomy while creating space for honest reflection and meaningful growth.

Re-Wilding is not about force.

Like the natural world, healing unfolds through rhythm, presence, and attunement — not urgency or control.

This offering is designed to support that remembering.

The Re-Wilding Plan

Re-Wilding isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering what’s already alive within you — and moving through a guided process that honors safety, awareness, and intentional growth at your own pace.

Awaken Awareness

You’re supported in slowing down and noticing patterns, emotions, and internal responses with curiosity rather than judgment.

Rebuild Safety

This phase focuses on grounding, boundaries, and nervous system support, creating a sense of internal stability that allows meaningful change to unfold.

Reclaim the Self

Old patterns are gently released as you reconnect with your authentic self, values, and inner truth.

Live with Intention

With clarity and self-trust, you begin shaping a life that feels aligned, sustainable, and deeply your own.

How Re-Wilding Is Supported

You don’t have to navigate this work alone. Re-Wilding is held within a co-facilitated container that blends coaching structure and spiritual insight, offering support that honors both practical growth and deeper inner knowing.

This journey is supported through individual guidance, shared sessions, and an intentionally blended approach to whole-person growth.

1:1 & Co-Facilitated Sessions

Re-Wilding is supported through a blend of one-on-one sessions with each guide, along with shared sessions where transformational coaching and spiritual counseling come together to support your growth from multiple angles.

Embodied & Spiritual Support

This work integrates nervous system awareness, embodiment, and spiritually grounded counseling — supporting both practical change and deeper inner listening as you move through the process.

RISE & Soul-Aligned Growth

Through the unique merging of Phoenix Rising coaching and The Gypsy Siren’s spiritual insight, you’re supported in releasing old patterns, reconnecting with your authentic self, and living in alignment with your values and inner truth.

Who Re-Wilding Is For — And When It May Not Be the Right Fit

Re-Wilding is an intentional, relational process that invites honesty, presence, and self-awareness. This work isn’t about forcing change or meeting an external standard — it’s about alignment, readiness, and choosing support that genuinely fits where you are.

This May Be a Good Fit If…

Re-Wilding may feel aligned for you if you:

  • Are seeking meaningful, sustainable change rather than quick fixes

  • Feel drawn to work that honors both structure and intuition

  • Want support that is relational, paced, and grounded

  • Are open to self-reflection and personal responsibility

  • Value consent, autonomy, and being met where you are

This May Not Be the Right Fit If…

Re-Wilding may not be the right fit at this time if you:

  • Are looking for fast solutions or prescriptive answers

  • Want to be told exactly what to do without reflection

  • Are not currently open to exploring internal patterns or beliefs

  • Prefer a purely instructional or outcome-driven approach

  • Are seeking a space focused primarily on diagnosis, crisis response, or clinical treatment rather than personal growth and reflection

Re-Wilding can exist alongside other forms of support and is not intended to replace therapeutic or medical care.

A Gentle First Step

If you’re curious about Re-Wilding and want to explore whether it feels like the right fit, you’re welcome to schedule a free exploration session. This is a space to ask questions, share what’s drawing you here, and get a feel for the container — with no pressure to commit.

If scheduling doesn’t feel right yet, you’re welcome to reach out instead.

When You’re Ready

If Re-Wilding feels like a quiet yes — a sense of resonance rather than urgency — you’re invited to take the next step in a way that honors your pace, readiness, and inner knowing.

Beginning this work doesn’t require certainty or perfection. It simply asks for curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to be present with yourself. Re-Wilding meets you where you are — and unfolds in partnership, not pressure.

There’s no rush — trust your timing.
