1:1 Phoenix Rising Coaching sessions follow a gently guided arc that is client-led and facilitator-supported. Each session is shaped around your needs, capacity, and lived experience—offering structure without rigidity and space without pressure.
A Gentle Check-In
Sessions begin with space to check in and share what’s been present since our last meeting—whether that includes challenges, insights, emotions, or moments of growth. You’re welcome to take the time you need to arrive and settle into the space.
Exploring Needs and Direction
From there, we gently explore what you’re needing most in the moment and how that connects to your personal goals and values. This part of the session is collaborative, allowing you to name what feels supportive and meaningful to focus on.
Reflection, Tools, and Integration
Depending on where you are in your journey, sessions may include reflection, guided exercises, or supportive practices drawn from the RISE Pathway. Early work often focuses on regulation, safety, and self-care, with deeper emotional, inner child, shadow, grief, anxiety, and spiritual exploration unfolding as you’re ready.
Closing and Self-Directed Action
Before closing, we identify any action steps or intentions you’d like to carry forward. These are always chosen by you and shaped to fit your energy, capacity, and real life—supporting gentle momentum rather than pressure.
Session frequency is flexible and designed to support your life and energy. Some clients choose to meet weekly, while others prefer a slower cadence. Together, we honor what feels sustainable and supportive for you.
There is no expectation to perform, share more than feels safe, or move faster than your system allows.
