Hi, I’m Megan

I’m a transformational coach and guide who supports individuals navigating growth, healing, and change—often alongside trauma, chronic illness, or periods of deep transition. My work is grounded in compassion, nervous-system awareness, and the belief that sustainable change happens when we honor the whole person.

Through the Phoenix Rising framework and the RISE pathway, I offer support that blends practical tools, self-awareness, and gentle exploration. Whether you’re seeking community, individualized coaching, or collaborative work, my role is to walk alongside you—helping you reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Curiosity, honesty, and care for yourself are more than enough.

Classes and gatherings offer supportive, community-centered spaces where growth unfolds through shared experience. These offerings are designed to be accessible, trauma-informed, and chronic-illness-aware—honoring different energy levels, capacities, and ways of participating.

Through the Phoenix Rising Sisterhood, you’re invited into both in-person gatherings and online classes that explore self-awareness, emotional resilience, personal growth, and connection. Each offering stands on its own, allowing you to engage in a way that feels supportive without long-term commitment.

This is a space for reflection, learning, and belonging—without pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

1:1 Phoenix Rising Coaching

1:1 Phoenix Rising Coaching offers individualized, trauma-informed, and chronic-illness-aware support for those navigating growth, healing, and personal transformation. Sessions are paced to honor your capacity, lived experience, and nervous system—allowing change to unfold in a sustainable way.

This work is guided by the RISE pathway, beginning with safety, regulation, and self-awareness, and expanding into emotional resilience, inner child and shadow work, grief and anxiety support, and spiritual exploration as you’re ready. You remain in choice throughout the process, with structure offered as support rather than pressure.

Sessions are collaborative and client-led, creating space for reflection, insight, and meaningful action that fits your real life.

Re-Wilding for Women

Re-Wilding is a collaborative coaching and consultation offering that brings together the Phoenix Rising coaching framework and spiritual insight work through The Gypsy Siren. This work supports those seeking deeper alignment, clarity, and reconnection with their authentic selves.

Through a blend of grounded coaching, reflective dialogue, and spiritual perspective, Re-Wilding offers space to release old patterns, explore personal truth, and reconnect with values and inner wisdom. Sessions are paced intentionally, honoring discernment, readiness, and lived experience.

This offering is designed for those who feel called to integrative work that honors both the practical and the intuitive, without pressure to move faster than feels right.
