No — and that’s an important distinction.

A therapist helps you process trauma, diagnose and treat mental health conditions, and work through unresolved emotional pain.  A life coach supports mentally stable individuals who are ready to take action, shift patterns, and pursue forward-focused change.

​

If you're currently working with a therapist, coaching can complement your healing beautifully. If not, and your needs are deeper than coaching can provide, I’ll always refer you to a qualified mental health professional first — your safety and wellbeing come first.
